I started to only give one star, but considering that they corrected my order when I turned around and went back, I think it deserves at least a 3 star.. they got my drink perfect..my daughter's had to be redone because the sweetner and espresso was not added at first.. they also tried to pass off some really old hash browns, which is a skimpy little 6 pieces for 99¢ .. the fresh hash browns were at least fresh.. however the taste was still bad and still a little skimpy 6 pieces..I will just stick with the drinks which are good and decent prices when they are prepared properly.n*******PHOTOS ENCLOSED******
Something as simple as serving a cup of hot coffee is so difficult. Who wants the coffee all over them? You pour a cup where the coffee is not over flowing and you make sure it’s not leaking. If it is you fix it. Handing out a few napkins should be standard practice as well.
These guys are great! Takes less than 5 minutes in line, never get my order wrong, AND are friendly? Can't get that kind of service at 5bucks!
