I bought a couch in June. It is now October and I still have not received this couch despite numerous delivery confirmations in the past 4 MONTHS. I actually received a text message this morning that said “your order is out for delivery”. I called to ask about what time I should be expecting the furniture at my house. The customer service rep informed me that the items would not be available for another 5 days? How can I get a message that the couch is on the truck for delivery but then 1 hour later informed that I would be waiting another 5 days? I am only writing on here because I have asked to talk to supervisors regarding the issue and I keep being told that there is no one else who can assist me. I have been getting the run around for 4 months now. It is outrageous. Even if you get delivery confirmations the furniture somehow disappears overnight. I had delivery confirmation texts in the months of July, August, September. It is now October. Still no couch. And I can’t cancel bc I would have to pay 10% of the cost? You want me to pay you to not bring the furniture I ordered?! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this incompetent company
