After speaking with Natalie, it opened the door for me to want to do business with with them. Even though she they were busy, which was understandable, I felt the caring heart within her. So, I waited for Linda and we closed the deal, and it was mainly because of their excellent sincere customer service.. And I live in Atlanta... I purchased it for my mom in Greenwood.. And I'll be purchasing more in the near future..

Came from out of town to shop at Malouf’s. Very worthwhile. Great selection in a variety of price ranges. Helpful staff and friendly shopping environment. We are happy with our purchases and hope to return soon.
Great selection and service! Live about an hour away. Tom was so patient with us. He literally showed us every couch in the store, until we found the perfect one.
