So, let this be known. If you're an ER Nurse or any form of Healthcare Worker that is working with COVID Patients, you're not allowed to enter this facility or have a massage!!!! We were just told we had to cancel our 90 minute massages due to me being in contact with COVID patients within the last 7 days! We were told no exceptions.nThis is our Anniversary weekend and date day. We have 4 kids that we had to get a sitter for, drive 2.5 hours, just to be turned away! This is absolutely ridiculous and a slap in the face for all of the essential workers!! They had already told us that we couldn't have a couple massage due to COVID, fine, whatever, but then to turn us away! Wow. Help spread the word about this company! We were speaking with the branch manager!!!

Great massage therapists. Logan was very professional and very experienced. He focused in the areas where I asked and used the appropriate amount of pressure for a great therapeutic deep tissue massage. Memberships make it a very affordable way to return for regular services and no contract!

I look forward to going to MassageLuXe each time I have an appointment scheduled! Everyone from the receptionists to the therapists are friendly, professional, helpful, and kind. My husband and I go monthly and have been seeing the same therapists for a while now - but each person we've ever worked with has been great. The waiting area offers bottled water or hot tea. The massage rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy as well. The price is reasonable and they often have promotions going on.

I rate my experience as “just ok”. Was using a gift certificate. I booked a morning appointment on a weekday for a 1 hr massage, my massage therapist was 15 minutes late. Massage was not as thorough as I had hoped. High pressure sales pitch upon check out. Experience was more fast food like than day spa feel. I doubt I would return.

All was fantastic except hearing what was going on in the room next to me, will still recommend and be a return customer!!
