Absolutely horrible experience. I will not be shopping here anymore. I waited 45 minutes to be able to return an item. There was nobody at the cash register‘s. When I finally got there I was told that I needed my drivers license for a return and then I couldn’t return an item because there were three dog hairs on it. I do not own a dog and the items neverLeft the bag since I bought them. When I came back in with the receipt the guy yelled at me.Then when I was finally able to return it they would only give me merchandise credit because it’s been more than 30 days. They are not clear about they are very short return term policy. I would think with the current coronavirus situation, they would be more understanding that we can’t always get to the store in 30 days when something does not fit. Even if you have the original receipt.You can’t try it on in the store but yet when you try it on at home and then get quarantined for month because of exposure they won’t take back your items. I absolutely hate the store and I will not be coming back. Do not buy anything if there’s any chance that you will have to quarantine and won’t be able to return right on time. And if you go to the Chesterfield store be prepared for a long wait, and very rude employees and horrible customer service. Absolutely not worth any savings that you get.
