This Panera is GREAT! I have been here a handful of times and the service and food is top notch. Today (3/3/21 - 2pm) one of the crew members was so kind and polite me. I didn't catch his name, but he was in his 20's, had dark hair and was tall. So I hope the manager can figure out who I'm talking about and give him praise. Thank you!

This location is top notch. The dining area is always clean and the staff always helpful. The four stars is more of a personal preference as at the time of this review this location opens at 7am instead of 6am when, out of convenience, I would typically be headed to work. Otherwise, this location gets a stellar recommendation from me.

I went at 3:30 and there was no line. I was happy because the wait is very long here at meal times. Still with no wait, every product was sub par! The coffee was stale, the soup was chicken noodle which I’ve had for 30 years. This time it was mostly broth- hardly any chicken or noodles. It must have been the end of the pot. The worst was the chocolate croissant. It was so dry and tasteless that I was covered with flakes of it!! It just fell apart.nEvery time I eat here, the food is worse than the last. So many restaurants are struggling lately. I’m going to put my money in a different food place rather than reward this bad quality.nSincerely,nAnne Gantner

the worst. my order was wrong every single time I've ordered from there. when you order curbside pickup, you'll be waiting there 10 minutes before you realize you have to actually go in and pick it up. when i walked in, roughly 5 employees were gathered chit-chatting playing with each others' hair, not working. when I spoke to the manager and addressed these concerns in a polite calm manner, all she could do was come up with excuses and get on the defense. not once did she offer an apology or try to actually hear what I was saying. I will not go back. just when I thought the service was the worst part, once I spoke to the manager I realized what the true issue was. she was incompetent and has no business being a manager.

We did rapid curbside pick up. Food came with no silverware or napkins. The bread bowl was cut with a big hole in the side making it almost impossible to eat soup from. The salads had large chunks of core from the iceberg lettuce. The croutons we're so large you almost couldn't fit them in your mouth. The chicken and wild rice soup had only 2 pieces of chicken in it. Food was still hot, but could have been better.
