Dunkin'

I work across the street and would love to get coffee here each day however each time I go by, their machines are broken, they are out of all drinks except plain coffee, they can only take cash as their credit card machines are down and they are not even sorry about it. It's been like this for so long and everyone in this area has had the exact same bad experience. We all keep going back hoping things will be better but most times they are worse. Please get new owners at this location so it can get cleaned up and we can all go back to loving this Dunkin Donuts. Thank you.

The drive thru line is always long, takes 30 mins plus to get through. Coffee and food it good but that’s expected with a chain location like DD. STL needs more DD with higher standards. I have never had to wait this long going to a DD location in Chicago. Do better.

Donuts are stale half of the time, coffee either has way too much cream/flavor or nothing at all, employees are rude through the speaker.nIt’s so bad that it’s making me write my first review.

Props to this Dunkin Donuts location . The drive thru staff was actually very pleasant. After the few bad experiences I had at the Kirkwood location it was nice coming here and getting treated respectably. Thank you! And go teach the employees at Kirkwood about customer service.
