Amazing!! My first time here... I went to Jen to get my eyebrows waxed, and I was nervous as I'd only had one salon do my eyebrows my entire like. She was so kind, professional, and does EXCELLENT work!! she took her time and was very particular about getting them just right. I'm so so happy with the results and I will 100% be returning!!

Every experience I have had here has been terrible. The receptionists are more interested it talking amongst themselves than actually answering the phones. Of the three visits I had, each with a different technician, only one wasn’t horrific. On one visit I was worried that my skin was going to be torn because the tech rushed through the process without paying attention to what she was doing. On all visits I left feeling sloppy with bits of wax still stuck to my skin and stray hair everywhere. After purchasing a 12 visit package for nearly $500, and only using 3 visits, I was only refunded $200. Your money would be better spent somewhere that focuses on hygiene and actually cares about their quality of work and customers. Would not recommend, ever, under any circumstances.

Love my experience every time I go. Janet is great at keeping your attention somewhere else lol. She's excellent, if you're going to this location ask for her, she doesn't disappoint. ud83dude09

OMG!! Let me just say today was my 1st time going here and the front desk service was phenomenal!! Though I can remember the woman’s name at the front she was very professional and very welcomingud83eudd17 Now the best part lol. I’ve been having such a hard time finding the right person for my eyebrows. Today my search ended!! I was introduced to JEN and she was amazing!! Her work, her professionalism, she was very particular with her work.! She was welcoming and very thorough. Thank you Jen!!ud83dudc95 Also thank you European Wax. This whole team rocks.!!

Great contactless check in process. My esthetician, Ty, was AWESOME! So friendly and really thorough. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had.
