This was my first time getting a massage and facial. Facial was nice. The massage was great. She payed attention to detail on the areas I wanted her to hit the most however, the room smelled like feet! It took everything in me (because I needed this massage) not to get up and leave. The second she stepped back in the room ud83dude33I would mention her name but don't wanna embarrass her. Please MassageLuXe do better.

I’ve been getting massages and facials for about 3 years at this location. Today, I got a massage and facial. Both therapists were very professional and welcoming. However, the esthetician was extremely gentle during the massage as if she was scared to touch my face. I also wasn’t informed that the therapist would be wearing gloves during my service. It definitely took away the from the full experience of relaxation.nnIt also seems like no one is looking over the charts prior to a treatment. Why am I filling out information if no one is reviewing it? The massage therapist did not ask me what kind of massage I wanted either. She did her own thing.

ud83dudea8ud83dudea8So Amazing ud83dudea8ud83dudea8 Listen I've had massages before but Ms. Dorothy baby, her hands are blessed and she is very pleasant! Wheeeeeeewe she worked it all out for me, I was in a whole new head space, she gave me life and some suggestions as to how to take better care of my body. The Hydroluxe omgeeeee ud83dude0dud83dude0dud83dude0dud83dude0d I'm in love, can I get one for the house! Diamond was a very bubbly friendly hostess and a joy to work with!

S Hanley rd building.... The therapist apparently was not listening nor reviewed my chart on what type of massage and pressure I wanted. She only did my back and neck...ud83dude44when I asked her if she was going to do my legs, she stated she must have misunderstood me and she kept right on with the weak pressure on my back. She seemed unbothered and disconnected, like she was just going thru the motions. Sorry honey, I was a licensed massage therapist in the 1990s and usually get a massage at least once a month, so I know what a real massage consists of... I received a gift card as a present to massagelux, won't be going back....
