Nice Home Depot in Brentwood

Customer service could've been better, hubby asked employee if he could use his box cutter to cut drywall and he told him he couldn't let him use it. He should have said i could cut it for you, but he just went back in huddle talking and standing with other employees. My hubby used his pocket knife and we were able to fit drywall in our suv.

I just walked in with some photos on my phone. I was looking for an electrical box to jam into old can lights to rig up new LEDs.nnGreg in electrical/plumbing and John in electrical hooked me up with an entirely different solution that saved me money and easily about 6 hours of my weekend.nnGive those guys a raise!!!

Home depot is great when you know what you need. and thankfully the website will tell you exactly where in store the products are located. Biggest downside is the staff are just a bunch of geeks off the street if you know what I mean. They aren't hiring Ron Swanson's so make sure you know what you need before you go. The south town store is never very crowded and I'm always in and out. Also go to Menards if you need lumber.

This location is ok. On the good side, the customer returns center has knowledgeable and speedy staff and this location is typically well stocked. In areas that can be improved, there’s rarely knowledgeable staff anywhere else outside of electrical and lumber. Also, the cashiers at self-checkout are ironic since it’s “SELF” checkout and they typically are more in the way than helpful.
