We heartily recommend The Back Store, both for its products and its service before and after the sale. Everyone we encountered in the process was professional knowledgeable, courteous, and seemed focused on solving whatever problem we had. Due to a variety of circumstances we have needed to exercise the 90 day guarantee program on two different purchases, and in each situation The Back Store employees and management were totally responsive and focused on solving our problem quickly and fairly. I wish all business were conducted with this exceptional level of product and professionalism. The customer service here is unequaled, and of course the product line is already known for being at the top of the list.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the store employees. They went out of their way to find a product that would fit my needs. I will definitely be recommending The Back Store to all of my friends and family!!!!

Bought $150 pillow from this store and was told I had a 90 day trial. I had the pillow for maybe 30 days after giving it a fair try, and decided I couldn’t sleep on it. I needed something softer. I Went to bring it back in exchange for a different pillow and was refused to do so because I no longer had the box and packaging, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. The store did nothing to help me in this situation, and I am now stuck with a very exspensive pillow that does me no good.nnYou wrote “I've looked into this and I don't see any communication already aside from this review. Had you contacted our customer service or store manager? Who have you already spoken with? Please let me know so we can get this resolved.”nnYour first sentence here makes it sound as if you dont believe this in store conversation where I was denied help, actually happened. Rest assure it happened, and I was given no help, nor resolutions. I was simply told there’s nothing the back company can do with out the box the pillow came in. I was not told I could even contact your customer service to resolve this. The sales woman I purchased the pillow from was the same one that was in the store when I tried to return it. She was young (college age). She is the only person I have spoken too at your company. She will remember me, trust me, we talked about the stock market for 20min when I bought the pillow, and she will remember that I left the pillow in her store and told her it’s hers after she denied me an exchange for a softer pillow.

I bought a pillow from here and absolutely love it. I was unsure of which one to choose but Corren explained the different options and helped me pick the perfect one!
