Pam was my designer and gave me great options for the places I was considering. The designs worked out perfectly. Izzy was my installer and he went out of his way to make sure things were right. My new closet designed by Tiffany at California Closets is great! Every day when I get dressed, I wonder how I lived without it---I can tell you that I was a little messy, but now I feel so organized! Tiffany was really nice to work with and gave me good suggestions, she even helped me save money! Now I have 20 feet of hanging, shelving, and drawer space---and it cost less than I expected.

We love love love our closet.nnJeannine was extremely professional and enthusiastic about our project. That was what closed me from the get-go. Ours was not just a job she was quoting - it was an undertaking to change our lives! Wow! I'd had another company quote this same project - and in fact had done two other closets with them -- but our Master Bedroom closet project sat undone for 2 years. Why? Two reasons: one is that the other company never followed up with us.nnSecondly the other closet company left us with too many choices whereas Jeannine gave design suggestions for wood color and finish and hardware and we got these decisions out of the way in one visit! Also the design she came up with was more efficient - her ideas consolidated everything we needed into that one space.nnThe installer was fabulous. Fast, efficient, professional and cleaned up after himself.nnOne last comment: my husband and I stopped at your Rock Hill showroom on a lark; we were actually looking for something your company couldn't provide. The person there (I believe she was a bathroom designer?) engaged us in conversation then took our name for your closet person to follow up with. THAT was some customer service! Jeannine came out to our home and even though your company couldn't provide what she came out for - she spent time brainstorming solutions with me.
