California Custom Decks

Working with Mark and his team at California Custom Decks was a wonderful experience. We had a three season room added to our home.nCommunication was always seamless and prompt. From the start of the project there were hardly any days that no progress was made. There was always good momentum. The craftmanship was incredible. The finished product exceeded our expectations.

Very easy to schedule appointment, gave clear directions on what to bring or submit early to make the appointment efficient. After meeting with associate, we couldn’t be happier using Cal Custom Decks. Hoping to proceed with contract ASAP.

My deck had to be replaced but I had no plan in mind. Visited three reputable companies in area. One came out right away, left samples, and never called again. One prepared a bid “for” the builder; said builder didn’t like that part of the business. And then there is my experience with California Decks-above and beyond. In the shop they immediately sketched out ideas, showed me materials, suggested design options, gave cost info...everything to help me crystallize my thinking. Then Mark stopped by my house the next day. He refined original sketch and had very nice suggestions for added interest such as bringing out railing like bay window shape. The bid was very specific and reasonable, and when the workmen come that is when I really knew how fantastic this company was. They were efficient, timely, neat, quiet (no blaring radios), courteous..an absolute pleasure to have around. What a first class experience this was from start to finish!!! I cannot praise them highly enough. My deck is gorgeous.

I have hired many contractors and California Customs Decks is top notch! Their workmanship and customer service is the best. They went above and beyond and communicated every step of the way. Mike was fantastic to work with and the crew building the deck was very professional. They knocked out the deck in under 2 weeks time. We are thrilled with our new deck and a big thank you for a job well-done. I would recommend using California Custom Decks to all of our friends and family.

My deck and gazebo are amazing. My sales person was Mark Lingo. I went to 3 deck companies (all reputable); but what I liked about Mark is he listened to what I wanted and designed the deck and gazebo to perfection. This company also stands behind its product. I would highly recommend them.
