Mattress firm chat employee did an excellent job I don’t recall her name. She went above and beyond to assist me. She answered all of my questions. That employee deserves kudos for a job well done. Also the Delivery guy was fast and he was friendly and personable. He assisted in answering any questions. He also deserves a pat on the back for his helpfulness I will recommend your company to my friends and family.

We got a mattress from Tyler and Marshall and they were so awesome. They took plenty of time with us, never pressured us, and helped us arrange delivery then changed it for us...super great guys. We are needing another mattress soon and we'll absolutely return to this store. Thanks so much guys!!!

I received excellent customer service from Tyler at the Clayton Mattress Firm location. He assisted me with the purchase of a mattress, box spring, and bed frame over the phone. When I stopped by the store to lay on the mattress, I decided I needed something a bit firmer. He knew just the mattress to recommend and he adjusted the bill accordingly. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly. The store was very clean and masks are required. I highly recommend purchasing a mattress from the Clayton Mattress Firm.
