First time buying a nice couch and am very satisfied so far. The store associate, Ashley, spent a lot of time with me and my wife deciding on configurations and ideas as well as fabrics. She was very helpful in this process as she was able to make suggestions and show us with wood blocks they had in store to represent the couch.nnAfter deciding on the fabrics and configurations she also helped us purchase in store since it can get a bit confusing with all of the pieces online.nnI definitely recommend going into the store to try out deep seat vs standard depth as well as the different cushion fills. They also have free fabric samples available to take home.

I was honestly surprised by Lovesac’s level of service both before and after my purchase. They have exceeded expectations by going above and beyond to make sure my setup is exactly what I wanted. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Shopping during a pandemic can be a daunting experience, but our visit at the Lovesac showroom in St. Louis was excellent. Our salesperson, Brittany, made the appointment process extremely easy, was thorough explaining all safety precautions, and more than patient and helpful throughout our visit. Ultimately, we chose a SuperSac and squattoman bundle with an extra Sac cover. We are already expecting delivery within 4 days of purchase! Can’t wait for our first movie night!

While my experience at the store was positive and the guarantees all sounded good, along with the versatility, I’ve been incredibly disappointed overall. First of all, getting my sactional delivered and put together was a nightmare, even though it was paid for. And I hate my sactional. I got leather for durability and the seams are hard and unforgiving making it very uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The cushions don’t stay together so there are gaps between them. I also got the storage bases and they are slightly smaller than the regular bases and the Velcro doesn’t stick well to keep the cushions in place. As far as the added electrical—it’s a great idea in theory but by the time you put the cushions in place it’s very hard to utilize. I’m so disappointed in this sactional for what I paid. And I know there is a return timeframe, but mine hit when COVID-19 began so I couldn’t return it. I emailed customer service twice and they told me someone would contact me. It’s been 5 months and I’ve never heard from anyone.nI wish I had never purchased this.
