What a wonderful experience. We were helped by Mirzet and he could not have been nicer and very patient with all of our questions,. We switched our service from AT&T and he saved us a lot of money. Would highly recommend this store.

So I went to the T-mobile location in Maplewood and the sales rep Q. was the best. He helped my wife find the best phone and the best deal for us. Q helped us get our phone info switched over from our old phones to our new phones. Im big on customer service and i usually go to the Hampton location because of familiarity and comfort.Q definitely won us over at this location. If anyone plans on going to this location Q is the guy to help you.Very knowledgeable. I hadn't even planned on upgrading my own phone. I was solely there to upgrade my wife's phone because her birthday was coming up. But Q being the great salesmen that he is told us about a promotion they had on two phones. Thanks again Q

These guys (Q and the manager) spent 2 hours migrating my wife and I from Sprint to T-Mobile. I went back in when my wife’s phone arrived because I could figure out how transfer the data. They took care of everything. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable.

Fast and cordial service. Highly recommend T Mobil for phone service.
