T-Mobile

I've been looking to upgrade my phone and it seems like everywhere I've been has either been bad customer service, confusion, wastes of time , and ultimately let downs. Glad I decided to give this T-Mobile store a shot. Ultimately, I left here with what I came for and much more. I settled on a new phone, gained information on what to expect from my choice, and an assurance that I was in the right place. Joseph and Janelle were super helpful and accommodating. I definitely feel comfortable with my purchase. Thanks guys for helping me out and making this upgrade process a smooth one. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had to come in to pay my bill, the guys there were incredibly nice and helpful.nnThe store was insanely clean and neat.nnIts really nice to go to stores needing something and it's as painless as it could be. Great store and great staff.

I visited the store (which was originally Sprint store and now T-mobile) and was happy with the service.nI was changing my carrier to T-mobile this day and he kept me feel comfortable while the procedure took some amount of time. This store is terrific. Mary is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I got a new phone and everything transferred.
