The people here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most if not all of them are experienced photographers/videographers themselves. They will be able to help you find what you need and answer any questions you may have along the way, no matter your experience level. They have an excellent selection of gear in-store. I came in looking to buy a lens. They let me try out the lenses I was trying to pick from in-store to help me make my decision. This was incredibly helpful. They also have an excellent selection of used equipment and film/darkroom materials all at reasonable prices. This wasn't my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last!

Not cool. Called the store and confirmed an item was in stock. I was told to use the website to order. Placed my on line order while still on the phone with the person who confirmed stock on the product. Almost immediately I received an e mail confirming the order. A few minutes later I receive an e mail stating the item is out of stock. It took a week to free up my credit card funds. I ended up buying the item through one of the large NYC stores, as iit came back into stock and it shipped the same day.

Awesome, fast, and friendly service!!! Lona was super helpful and informative. This was my daughters first camera and first costly purchase. Lona answered all my daughters questions and made her feel super confident in her purchase. I would recommend Schillers for the first time buyer and the skilled professional.

Prices here are cheaper and great service. They spend enough time to help you and to explain things to you. Thank you for being so accommodating and for the great service!
