Great store! Very clean, and if you take your time you can find allot of great clothes and very good cologne for very cheap. Also, they have great electronics. But, if you see something you like but it then cause chances are it will be gone tomorrow.

Great location. Reasonable pricing. Clean. Problem: cashier didn't take electronic devices off the garments.had to return just to get removed. Now have to go back a 3 time for same thing. This is ridiculous

They are ALWAYS understaffed. The line can be wrapped around and there’s only ONE cashier. I understand you want to save money, but you’re losing it because customers leave. Please hire more employees . I’ve been in line for 20 minutes and this poor young man is all by himself. I saw three other employees, now they’re no where to be found.

Found everything ok. Was charged three times for the same item then had to debate about it with the cashier. Happy Holidaysud83dude12

This is by far THEE BEST Ross I've visited in Saint Louis. It was soooooo very clean and spacious. I appreciate decent space between racks of clothing. Of course, the prices were outstanding. I found several clothing in MY size, which is rare for someone with a 29 inch waist. ud83dude01 I didn't encounter any staff members except the cashier, which was welcoming and performed her job being someone well trained. I'm waiting to go back. Soon!
