Bed Bath & Beyond

I was in this morning with a return & potential purchase. I want to say her name was Tasha, ummmm she was amazing. Went above and beyond with her Customer Service. Thank you the whole team was pretty awesome

Bed Bath and Beyond Brentwood employees are excellent! Very friendly and customer service driven. Had the great experience of working with Scott James in resolving an order issue and he far exceeded my expectations of how helpful the store was going to be after unsuccessfully dealing with the central over the phone BBB customer service line. If you are the regional manager for this store please recognize Scott for the great work he is doing and more so during this busy holiday season!

The store is massive, but is pretty empty. Large open spaces. The cashires are very blasé and not friendly. They are courteous but not friendly

I love this store but it looks like inventory is low right now.

Really disappointed with their selection. Went to get some bedding and they were out of ALOT. Staff was very friendly and courteous though.
