Love Bello’s but.... Called yesterday to ask about iced cookies. She explained that they had heart cookies among other ones. I said great I’ll stop in tomorrow. Arrived today at 2:00 and saw no heart cookies. I asked about them and she replied “no we don’t have any”. I then asked if they’d have any tomorrow morning. She just answered “no” with no offer as to when they’d have any. Simultaneously an older lady, taking a phone order behind the counter, looked up at me and shushed me!! I turned around and walked out. Wow!!
Awesome customer service! The ladies were so nice. Everything we tried there was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.
Been coming here since it was Schmeier's Bakery. Still as good. Love the iced cookies (best in STL) and the lemon danishes!
They have great prices. I got 6 donuts, 4 brownies, and a danish, my total was less than $8. Everything was good but it was better when it was Clayton's Bakery. The younger staff is very friendly. There is a lady and I don't know if she is a manager but she is not the friendliest person. I will go back.
I had the best donut of my entire life here!!
