Love their soups and sandwiches. Wish they'd bring back those delicious cheese brittanys.

I have been a very frequent customer of the Kirkwood Panera for several years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location. It’s clear that the manager, Chris, is extremely well-versed in customer service. He has gone out of his way multiple times to make me feel like an important customer and that he genuinely cares whether I return to his store. Chris is sincerely one of the best managers I have encountered in the food service industry. His employees are always positive, responsive and respectful. The store is clean, the landscaping is well-kept, and the employees consistently wear masks and gloves. I have yet to have a negative experience at this store.

I told Lily in the drive through that my Autumn Squash soup didn’t have pumpkin seeds this time or the past two times I’ve ordered it. She checked with Paige then said the seeds are out of stock. When I called the manager, he had the correct order delivered along with the cookie I paid for but did not receive. Horrible customer service from Lily.

I pre-ordered my food. I asked if they could deliver the food around 12-12:15. My lunch starts at 12:15 and ends at 12:45. I called them and they didn't know where my food was at, and that was around 12:30. I finally received my food at 12:45, right when my lunch ends. On the receipt it said that the food was ready by noon. It was super cold.

Stopped here on a cold rainy day and the Chicken noodle soup and bread hit the spot. Loved the drive through service. Nice place for a quick bite.
