St. Louis Bread Co.

Everything about this Bread Co. is AMAZING! Lots of kind and beautiful people that make you feel welcomed and loved. I tried the new teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl which turned out to be the best thing I’ve ever had. The service was fast which made my empty belly so happy. Overall, the perfect lunch spot. Best experience I’ve had at Bread Co. ever!

I love Panera. And every restaurant in Brentwood area. The Food was great. Coffee was excellent. I got a Mediterranean Sandwich, excellent and Feta cheese was so Good.nOnly concern was the service. We were supposed to Log our contact info at first to keep track but it had no paper or clean pen to write. Kiosk did not had any Badges. Bagel came unsliced although we ordered sliced. They forgot to place cream cheese and knife to spread with. It was a lot of back and forth until we got our order correct.nService was not Bad but there is a lot of room for improvement.

This St. Louis Bread Co is one to be avoided.nnWhile the food is good, the food is good at a lot of places and that does not make it worth the nonchalant customer service.nnIf you choose to order here, you can expect these unwelcome surprises.nn1. They're out of several ingredient,s so you'll have to order whatever they can actually make.n2. Your curbside order will be put on the take out shelf. 10 minutes after notifying them that you're here, you'll have to don your mask, go inside, and be informed that it's been sitting on their to-go shelf this whole time.nn3. You'll order food customized on the app. The customization will be wrong. You'll ask for no chicken, and get no chicken or cheese.nn4.You'll be missing items in your order. The cookie that you bought, thinking it would make a lovely post meal snack? Nope. It will not be there when you reach for it.

EXTREMELY rude manager, Mr Paul. I went in today, Saturday at about 1pm. Long line of people all the way back to the door. I asked ‘Mr Paul,’ why there was only one employee taking orders on a Saturday at lunchtime. He rudely stated, “Because there is 5 kiosks.’ Horrible customer service. I am a customer, not an employee. I am not getting paid to ring up orders. If Panera wants customers to do their work, they should pay us a salary.

Don’t go here if you are in a hurry. The manager is rude, doesn’t try to actually help anyone. Usually have great experiences with bread company’s, but was completely appalled by the service and attitude of the staff with this one.
