Cinnamon rolls were okay, however our service was beyond poor. The employee didn’t give us any napkins, he ripped our cinnamon roll in the process of extracting it and on top of that he broke the box where the bun was supposed to go. Room for improvement.nProduct good.nCustomer service really poor.

Very unprepared rude dirty work space definitely will not come back

From out of town and we don't have a Cinnanbon. Decided to look up one before leaving St. Louis. Visited the one in Galleria mall to take some back home. The young man with dreads had horrible customer service. Even hear him mumble hurry up. I should have not ordered anything but since we used gas to come to the mall I decided to. Very disappointed in the service.

Their cinnamon rolls and chillattas are great! I highly recommend their churro and oreo chillatttas if they’re still available. Workers are very friendly and helpful.
