Auntie Anne's

This is the lemonade machine at the Auntie Annie's by Dillard's in the galleria!! Disgusting!! If you've ever felt sick after eating there this is probably the reason. Imagine how it's kept behind the scenes if the lemonade machine which is kept in plain view. The staff needs to do some serious cleaning and be consistent with it!! This is totally unacceptable for food service!!

Paid over $3 for a large soda. After we walked away the wife had one sip when we realized the soda level was maybe 2/3 full.

The pretzel was great like always, but the staff made a big deal out of making more when they were sold out (there was still an hour left before close). Also, 2/3 wore their masks below their nose, which obviously defeats the purpose of it in the first place.

Quick snack at the mall, food three stars.. The staff five stars. They were trying to keep up with all the orders. Come on Auntie... Send more help

No matter where I’m at in the mall I can smell in auntie Anne’s. I can’t help myself. They’re always so delicious even when the service is bad the food makes up for it.
