Dr. Boschert is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. But the schedulers (Christine being one) are UTTERLY rude. I called to reschedule an appointment and spoke with the other scheduler, and she was rude too. Tone of voice, disposition, all of it. To the extent that I just disconnected the call. I’m not sure what type of salary these women receive, but they need to realize that they don’t work at Walmart. The clients at this company pay between $3000-$12,000 for cosmetic procedures, some even more! This is not a chump change business, these are luxury services they are providing. So the customer service should match that. To be honest I’ve received better customer service at Walmart. I’m a former client, but will NEVER give this place another dime of my money.

Dr. Craig and his team are amazing! Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and laid back. No pressure to move forward quickly and they were always happy to answer your questions. I worked with Amy (nurse), Christine (scheduling), and Dr. Craig- I wouldn't hesitate to visit them again. Super happy with my results! Thank you, Dr. Craig!

I have wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. After I had kids, there was no doubt that's what I wanted. My husband surprised with a consultation with Dr. Craig for Mother's Day. Fast forward to 3 months post op and they are L I T E R A L L Y perfect. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was more concerned with the shape than the size. I just wanted them like before I had kids and then some. Dr. Craig is the best and answered any questions I had. Him and the staff calmed any nerves I had. I know everyone recovers differently but for me it felt like being engorged with breastmilk and like they were going to explode but that subsided after the first couple days. Dr. Craig you're great. I will not go anywhere else :)
