Very disappointed and very unprofessional. First of all, booking was unnecessarily difficult (I had a Groupon). Next, I arrived for my appointment and the door was locked. I called, texted, and finally 25 mins later she responded saying she wrote the booking down wrong. Then she became rude to me when I expressed my frustration and was difficult to work with. Based off the other reviews, seems like she does not treat Groupon buyers fairly. Maybe she should stop offering a Groupon if she can’t be professional about it. Do not recommend.

I really like this spa, from the service to the decor. Today was my 2nd time visiting and I can’t wait for the next appointment. The environment is relaxing, warm, and welcoming. My massage was amazing! The therapist really takes her time to workout knots and address tension areas. I love how you can schedule appointments electronically anytime of the day. There’s no need to wait for business hours to call and make an appointment; all the information is easily accessible for your convenience.
I had been wasting money at Massage Luxe for soo long! So happy I found Cearra! She is professional, amazing, accommodating, and so kind! And absolutely GORGEOUS! Can’t wait to try a facial or any of her other services. 10/10 recommend.
Cearra was AMAZING!!! I get a lot of massages, she knocked it out of the park! And the facial... OMG - divine! The entire experience was fabulous! The office was relaxing, Cearra was professional and calm, I left feeling so pampered and taken care of. Highly highly recommend!
