This entire experience was shady. We were told up front that we could pay for our $6500 liposuction procedure on the day of the procedure. Not long before the procedure suddenly they wanted the money before the procedure. We told them that we wanted to stay with the original agreement of day of. “Coincidentally” the procedure was canceled “due to COVID” TWO DAYS before the appointment. We live in a different state and had taken time off of work. The procedure was rescheduled for March 15th. Again we both took time off of work and were left hanging without an absolute answer until I had finally had enough and called on March 1st to get a definite go or no go on the appointment. Once again “we don’t feel comfortable due to COVID”. So you can be all up in someone’s space to do laser hair removal and other procedures but not lower abdominal liposuction? And COVID? Really? Our daughter just had elective surgery in St Lous. I work in a hospital in a neighboring state and all elective procedures are going on right now. Plus the office is aware that both my wife (the patient) and I have both had both rounds of the COVID vaccine. I can’t help but wonder if we had allowed them to break their original agreement and paid prior to the surgery if this procedure would’ve never been canceled the first time around. More time at work lost for nothing. Very shady and unprofessional. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I got a laser hair removal & my appointments where cancelled because of COVID. I’ve tried 5 times to reschedule but I’m guessing since I got the voucher from Groupon I’m not a priority. So done trying & good luck for future customers. P.S. Molly is my middle name ... that’s why it won’t show up. CAP

From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Beautiful office and the staff is incredible. They consistently checked to make sure I was doing ok. Dr Sturm is extremely caring and amazing at what he does. I had multiples procedures and was kept informed of the process throughout which eased my mind immensely. My results are truly better than I could have ever expected. I am so happy and have a new found confidence. Highly recommend this Medical Spa for all your needs.
