From overwhelmed and blocked to breathing easy! Regan was incredible! This was my first Reiki session and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Regan made me feel comfortable right away. The new office is inviting and cozy! The space is clean and beautifully decorated with soft cozy pillows and blankets.nnI was startled ( in the best way) by the physical sensations of the experience, from tingling in my legs, to warmth surrounding my body and pressure in my wrist. She talked me through each moment and soothed me through the though stuff. I was most surprised by how light I felt after my session and how easy it felt to simply breath and that continues even two days later! As someone who suffers from asthma that requires daily medication, the ease in my breathing was and continues to be a pleasant surprise.

You feel a sense of peace and calm as soon as you walk through the door. A very light and tranquil setting which provides a beautiful space for healing. My session was with Mara, who is just incredible at what she does! Highly recommend!
