If you need a rental truck to help with your move, definitely use Penske! The prices are extremely competitive, the customer service is top notch, and the hospitality is unmatched. Also, if you visit the location in Earth City, ask for my guy, Turner! He went, and I'm sure always does go, above and beyond to help us out with getting the right truck for our move into our new home! Hard to find people like that these days!
Penske kept they're word and had me rolling right away!! They never turn me away I love it!! That's how you make money!!
My experience is not about the personal or the trucks. It's about the price ,I rent a 26 foot with ramp every week, from the same location and the price is different every week. My guys drive to the same destination every week from Fairview Heights Illinois to Aurburn, Illinois and back to Fairview Heights, Illinois. The price ranges from as high as $400 to as low as $275. Why is that?
Horrible experience. Bad trucks and customer service.
