Chris, from dispatch, contacted me in advance ti arrange delivery; Scott and Devon arrived at my house on time having called 30’ in advance; and moved a kingsize bed and box springs into my upstairs bedroom which was no simple task. They approached the task with enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude; and accomplished the job in 15’. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Simply, Chris, Devon, and Scott were outstanding and I look forward to working with them again!

The dispatcher was unfriendly and cold, borderline rude, over the phone.nOne of my items arrived damaged.nOn the other hand, the delivery guys were courteous and very helpful. They did their best to keep my carpet clean. They should have had one more person to help with handling my king-sized mattress
