Come get my container! Either no one shows up on the scheduled date or they can't pick it up due to space. I live in the city where I can't block off 15' in front of the pod for days/weeks on end! Its been sitting there for over 30 days! Its not my problem if the city takes it.nnUPDATE: They were supposed to schedule me for pickup today. I blocked the road for them and they never showed. Called in (this is the 4th time calling) and they said they noted to pick up today but never actually submitted it. Solution is they can come in a few more days or next week. Unacceptable, I am not responsible for your mess ups. Come get your unit before I call the city to get it. Order: 5501232.

I loved the fact I was able to keep my storage unit in my driveway. The rates are a little high.

Not deserving of even 1 star !!nAn all around horrific experience !nWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced !nGetting them to come pickup the empty pod to unblock my driveway so the moving truck could access the house was impossible !!nDealing with this company turned our move into A NIGHTMARE!!!nThere are other co’s that do this.Dont suffer the same frustrations as I had to endure.nCall anyone but the rats

Well were do I start. My house flooded and I needed a place to put all my stuff till it could be fixed. I called on a fri and they said would have one out sat am. Im sitting there waiting for them to show and get a phone call. Its them telling me they can't get it there till the following Tues. So I got guys here ready to work on the house and have to put them off till Tues. Its been the worst experience to deal with this and they made it 10 x worse. .
