Hogan Truck Leasing & Rental: Bridgeton, MO Branch

Trying to put in a service request for this company is a horrible experience The person in charge Keirston has the worst attitude and she is not helpful at all and every time I’ve been she has gotten worser the service people or hand to hand you have to stand outside bc they have no door bell and keirston office says have a mask on but you will still stand outside she never smiles I don’t know why they put the most difficult people to deal with in charge that’s not good customer service and it needs to be addressed bc if it don’t she will continue and think her actions are ok I’m running around asking where to go and for the key the whole time instead of her going above and beyond to help me they told her she had the key the whole time at least apologize with a fake smile but I guess she’s stuck in her ways I have let it slide long enough and they’ll square to god it’s you if you address them back.

Most of the time they are on top of their game but no one is perfect and today they can't find my key, I was told my truck was already worked on and finish that I can pick it up but I have a feeling they didn't do any work on my truck but I dnt know until they find my key

Home sweet home. Early morning food truck has hot breakfast like sausage egg and cheese biscuits and bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Nice newly paved lot.
