I wanted to reach out regarding my move in 5/30/20. We were supplied with two movers and a very large truck. This may have been the easiest moving experience to date. The movers were on time, which is something I was worried about since it was so early in the morning. They were very polite and extremely fast. The two guys moved all of the heavy furniture in our three bedroom apartment, no boxes. They then put all the furniture into our three bedroom townhome. I expected this to take three or four hours. The guys were done in two hours. They had great attitudes and were very friendly. They treated our furniture as if it were there’s. I am not sure how many people take the time to write a good review, but I felt these guys deserve it. I apologize I can’t remember their names but they were awesome. Please pass along the message. Had an 11am appointment with these people.. Its now 12:15. No call, No show, No way to get them to answer the phone or return a call..

Marquis and Aaron were very professional, polite and helpful. They worked hard to get my move completed and I enjoyed their company as well. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. Thank you Moovers you have a great crew keep up the great work!

The worst experience with a moving company ever. Booked them a head of time for our move on 2/29. They called today and asked could they pick our entire 3 story house up on the 29th and keep in their truck over night and deliver 3/1. They over booked, mind you we was told the had the entire day on the 29th open for our move. Worst customer service for several reasons. 1. Overbooking after already having us in the book. 2. In what world would anyone allow a company to keep ALL their personal belonging on a truck overnight. 3. Where the hell do they expect us to sleep when all 4 bedrooms would be in a truck who knows where. 4. Not even offer discount due to their own screw up. We found another company who wants business and knows how to treat customers. I will assure you no one I know will ever use this company and will help spread the rudeness of representative as well.

Worst customer service of my life. The movers stopped and got coffee, and charged me for that time. They charged me double what they estimated, and they were not careful with our wood floors.
