My experience with Storage Masters over the last 3 months was excellent! As soon as I booked online, Diane called and was very friendly and informative of the move-in process. I went up there later that day and was able to drop off my first load within 15 minutes! When my initial 3 months was up, Diane called to check on me and informed me what needed to be done for moving out. She was always available if I had any questions throughout the duration of my rental time. Would highly recommend!

I am the postal worker delivering the mail to this office each day. I have been on this route for many years. Every day I enter the building Diane greats me with a smile and makes sure to ask me if I need water or anything else. Great customer service!!!!! If I need a storage unit I will be going to this location to rent. Keep up the great work!!!

I literally am in the hospital while giving birth- I have been a customer for a while there and this time I was a few days late on my payment due to my labor complications. I literally told this manager lady Diane I am having a baby and I’ll have to talk later. She would not stop calling!! She is very inconsiderate and I cannot wait to move my stuff to a different a storage. Will gladly pay more for a better person to deal with. Like show some humanity.

We were incredibly impressed with the St. Charles Storage Masters! Diane was outstanding with her help! It was snowing badly the day before our move-in, they snow-plowed during the day, and again that night. The road leading up to the storage unit was perfectly plowed on our move-in day. They called to tell me the movers were done and gone, all went perfectly well! My husband and I highly recommend this St. Charles Storage Masters!

Rats everywhere!!nnMy mother stored her precious belongings here for 6 years. We were finally able to move her things from there and bring it to TX. We were beyond shocked to find out most her things destroyed by rats. We found dead rats, and rat poop everywhere. My mom went a couple of years ago to visit St Louis and checked her items and found multiple rat droppings outside and inside the building. She notified the manager and they didn’t do a single thing about it.nnThousands of dollars wasted down the drain.nnWE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
