If I could rate it a zero I would. I had my truck here and Doug just lets anyone in apparently. My car door was destroyed, my stereo gone, my catalytic converters gone, my horn gone, my valve caps gone, my dvd box sets gone, my engine parts gone, my license plates gone and I called Doug, he pretended like he wasn’t there on a Monday at noon. Says there’s no cameras overlooking the vehicles and says he can’t do anything and that I’m on my own. If he even remotely says your belongings are safe then he’s lying. He won’t even check the gate entrances to see who’s been showing up in the middle of the night. This place just wants their money and all security is on you. This is honestly due to lack of security and lack of responsibility. Don’t trust this place

I was very happy with the service Doug provided me. He was completely thorough in explaining all the details and the lay out of the storage lot. And they also provide a lock for no extra cost for your storage needs. Not every place does that. If you are looking for a good price and friendly service I would definitely give A storage Inn a call! 5 stars all the way! Thank you Doug for all your help.

I was very pleased with your facility, the unit, terms and pricing. Debbie ( I believe that was her name) was super helpful! I was impressed with how smoothly the process was, without having any personal contact with COVID, it was very well organized!

I tell you what this is the 2nd time that I have dealt with A Storage Inn facility. Both times the managers went above what I considered industry standards. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just all round good people! When you rent from them they dont charge an administrative fee, they dont make you take insurance, they almost always have some sort of deal on your 1st month or 2 rent. They also give you a brand new lock for your unit. Its still in the orginal package your the only one that has the keys & this aint no cheap lock its one of the nice round ones. The units are clean and have a light in them! You have 24/7 access to your stuff. Great place,great locations, great people you cant go wrong with A Storage Inn! Just my opnion.
