I had a trailer hitch on my BMW installed here. I had talked to friends and auto shops that all made me nervous about this project since BMW does not make it easy to install aftermarket parts. I called U-haul and they were confident and willing to install it. I made an appointment on New Year's day (i was surprised they were open) and was welcomed by friendly associates. They did an excellent job and will recommend them to anyone looking to install a hitch.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Do NOT rent a truck here. They promise an available truck (booked a week earlier) but do not have it available when you arrive to pick up. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else...

Thank You! THANK YOU! Thank You! Brandon & Cole were absolutely amazing! From start to finish thier customer service was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me during a crisis! I will recommend this uhaul location to everyone and continue to use this location for all my moving and storage needs! Corporate give them boys a raise!

Wished I could give 0 stars. Customer service is poor. Employees showed up late to open store. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. appointment waited in line until 10:30 am with 15 other customers. And was treated like I was the one who's late. No sense of urgency here or punctuality on employees behalf. I will never come here again and will tell everyone I know about my experience here today.

Friendly employees, but no mask usage by employees. Did not feel safe with Covid-19.
