I am a dispatcher and co-owner of a trucking company. Allen Express is on my companies A list for our freight. They are fast and efficient in doing business as well as courteous, friendly, and prompt. Greg and Jason definitely stand out and always communicate quickly. This is a great company to work with.

Horrible, do no waste your time booking loads with Allen Express. They always end up cancelling the load. For the last five years I have not been able to pull a load for them. Yes we book it, but they find a stipid reason to take us off the load all the time. It has been like this since 2010.
