I had a great experience yesterday at Extra Space Storage. Shalonda couldn't have been nicer and, also, was very helpful! I had reserved a storage unit and this was my first time there in person. Because I worked in retail for over 40 years, I recognize good service, or lack of, when I see it. This lady is a great representative for your company.
