St. Charles Leather Repair

I used their sister company in the passed. And this location is just a GREAT as St Louis Leather Repair. We moved the the St Charles area about 6 months ago. While moving, our leather sectional was damaged. Barbie and crew came out to our home and repaired the damage. You can't even tell where the damage was before!!!nMy wife had to ask where did they repair the rips. Amazing...

Guy was extremely rude to me on the phone. I asked if he did hole punching in leather and I couldn’t even finish my sentence before he interrupted saying they only do furniture and I should call a shoe repair place. Then he hung up on me!

This company was very upfront and had prompt service. They answered all my questions about leather repairs, my dog chewed up some of my sofa cushions, and they not only assured me that the damage could be repaired, but that it would be fast and easy. They came to my apartment to do the work, I didn't have to try to take the sofa anywhere! That isn't even the best part. My leather sofa has been restored and looks like new again! I couldn't believe my eyes. Thank you so much St. Charles Leather Repair!!!!!

Lacks Customer approach skills big time and being plain simple rude!

Rude! Charges 75.00 for an estimate and then said don’t call back cause he owns all 7 locations in the area. Cause I was calling different ones looking for an estimate
