Bought mums for the fall and saved 25 dollars by signing up for a new credit card.

I went in for two things. They didn't have either one.

Courtesy staff throughout the store. Easy to shop and save with my military discount. Unlike Menards with their fake 11% discounts where it's really a rebate that has to be mailed and no military discount the price is always right at The Home Depot.

Really poor, slow service. I had a curbside pickup. I let them know I was here through the app (3 times). Don't bother calling the store. I was placed on hold, no greeting.nI then spent 20 minutes on hold before being hung up on. I then tried going in. Barely acknowledged me standing there. Their other store in Cottelville is a complete 180 from this.

Normally don't have any issues going up here, but when setting up a remodel for a customer, the delivery process is anything but par. Truck broke down we're not able to deliver our products on the scheduled date, but nobody bothered calling us to tell us that the truck broke down period called the next morning to find out when our delivery would be continued, and we are being worked into the schedule amongst the previously scheduled deliveries. yeah I would think that it would be a priority to finish the order you already started but other people don't I guess it's all about how much money you spend up there not the fact that you're a pain customer paid for a delivery fee. I thought this would be a great experience considering that I know most of the people up there and are familiar with the products, but I can honestly say never and I mean NEVER well I schedule anything for delivery again through home Depot, cuz it would be easier for you to go to U-Haul rent out of 25-ft truck, go up there and load it up yourself to get it there on time and accurately.as far as products they're pretty good but as far as delivery and customer service I would not hesitate to go somewhere else first
