CORT Furniture Rental

Had a 10:00 am appointment with Kevin to buy furniture. Was let in around 10:30am by the Jonah (head of warehouse ops). Kevin said he would be there shortly.nnAfter 2 hours of waiting, Kevin still was not there. Jonah went above and beyond in helping me, calling the Kansas City store to help me purchase equipment in St. Charles over the phone. Jonah saved the day.nnI love my new chair and hope for a better sales experience in the future.

CORT has major issues with delivery time frames. They will not confirm a time frame at all. They arrive whenever they want and do not call in advance. In addition, the rental charges are extremely high and they always find ways to charge you additional fees. I highly suggest NEVER using this company.
