Visited all the bed and mattress stores in our area and went back to see Jerry here in the Fairview Heights store. . He shared the most knowledge with us and listened to what we needed to get a good nights sleep. We bought a split California King adjustable bed and when I lay my head down, I'm sleep immediately. Thanks Jerry for all your help and especially steering us to the bed of our dreams and at a great price.

This place did a great job from beginning to end. From the moment you walk in the door they greet you and explain how everything works, then they give you the time and space to figure out what it is you want. Questions no problem they are ready to help. The check out process was great quick and painless. No hassles or pushy sales men. Thanks Cameron we will be back soon!!!!

Over the past 10 years, our family has purchased 3 or 4 mattresses from the Mattress and Futon Outlet in St. Charles. I would never go anywhere else. We always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, honest and helpful. We pay a fair price for a quality product. Kameron, the store manager, was very helpful to us today in selecting a new twin mattress. When we walked into the store, he remembered us from a year or two ago. When furniture shopping, it can be difficult sometimes to know who can be trusted. However, the team at the Mattress and Futon Outlet has earned my trust over many years and I will continue to go there in the future to shop for mattresses.
