Bought a great carpet for a good price and that’s where it all ends. Their installer did a terrible job, I can still see ever seam a year later. Had the manager come out to see the poor install and they basically said they agreed but couldn’t do anything for us. I now have had to cut the carpet to fix all the rolls in it. Besides the rolls in the carpet, it is pulling up in 3 different spots around the edge of the room. Basically the worst experience of my life of working with floor covering companies. If you want cheap carpet, not a bad option, but get your own installer!!! I would have them install a paper clip.
