Great deal on appliances here with free delivery and inexpensive haul away of your old ones. The employees were very nice and helpful. My items were in stock so will be delivered fast too. They have so, so much stuff but the appliances is what I looked at this time. It's a clean store with good selection (not out of a lot of items). It's a better option, in my opinion, than the other home store nearby.

Tried to go in by garage doors they fired their help their installers they don't have nobody to install Plus associate was no help

I had previously bought a light from here for my kitchen a few weeks back and had my electrician come in to install it. Upon him opening up the box, he told my husband and I that this was, in fact, a florescent light and not an LED like the one I purchased. Someone had switched out the light with an old one and presumably returned the box with their old night inside. I was mortified, as this was an expensive light and I didn’t want to be accused of swapping out the new light with an old one.nI called the store and got Armani on the line. I was kind of panicked because I’d never been in this type of situation before (and honestly, who would have the audacity to swap out lights?!) and he assured me that if I came in with the light, they would be happy to exchange it for me. I came in with the light and ended up getting Armani at the customer service counter, who was just as helpful as he was on the phone. He asked if I would rather exchange the light for a new one or if I would like a refund. I at first asked for an exchange (because I still wanted the same light) but when I went to look for it, the light was already sold out. I came back up to him and asked to just have a refund instead and he quickly switched courses to refund my money.nI thought this would be a huge pain in the backside for me to return this light that wasn’t even as listed, but Armani made things so simple and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. I had to buy my light at another Lowe’s location, but I will ABSOLUTELY be back at this location for the rest of my home improvement needs! Thanks again, Armani!

Came here for a nail gun that their website said they had 3 in stock. The worker looked on the top shelf and couldn’t find one and said they were out. He checked his app and it said they had 4. He didn’t want to expend any effort looking further, even though they were pretty slow. Don’t bother coming here to have your time wasted.
