I was having difficulties with the computer's backup drive. Computer Pro identified the hiccup in the backup drive remotely and fixed it within 15 minutes.

Very nice knowledgeable lady helped me out. She knew exactly what cable (Display Port) I was looking for, even though I gave her a very poor description. The parts were in stock and the prices were excellent. I couldn't be happier and I will certainly be a return customer.
