Allowing customers with faceshield and no mask into the stores
Sams really invested in their curbside pick up in 2020 and the service continues to improve on 2021. Their people are their biggest strength, followed by the Sam's Club app. Associates pick your stuff accurately and load promptly, and cheerfully. The app allows you to check in and communicate where you are parked. The only thing they could do a better job of is signage to tell first-timers where they should park for curbside pick up. It's not obvious at all from the front of the building at this location. PICK UP is on the left side of building, by the new car wash.

I am always impressed with the prices and discounts that I receive at Sam's. I had a Cosco account. And I found the prices competitive, but Sam's employees keep me coming back. Your people are helpful, courteous, and attentive to customer needs. Your stores are set up to where if you can't find it at one location, look online. You can find it online or,as I have done in the past, drive to Chicago and get it.
The store was very well stocked, process on most items still competitive, meat looked especially fresh. Scan and go is still the best way to go for us. The new gas scan and go option was great. Just another convenience much appreciated!
