Purchase photos there for something they were a great quality it was easy to use the self-service machine was in and out quickly

Terrible customer service! The returns section is the worst I've seen anywhere, like it's run by a bunch of idiots. Only reason i still go there is because they always have a good stock of what i need, rarely ever out of anything.

The staff of the electronic selling area are very nice, especially the white old man in there, he is very patient and hardworking! And the black lady is very warm hearted too!That's the reason for five stars!

This location has a horrible customer service. First of all, one of their employees did not know what she was doing and argued with me when I politely explained I had done it before, and she chewed me out. We had to grab a manager and the manager showed her how the job needed to be done and approved she was wrong and she didn't even apologize. Second, my husband was told their service desk was closed at 10pm one day and today we were there at 9:25pm trying to make a return, but a girl in front of us was told they couldn't take a return because the desk was closed the 9pm. We called later, asked the time they closed the service desk, The answer was 10pm. What the hack?! Don't work there if you don't want to do your job!

The costumer service is horrible! They are rude and have no interest in helping you! I hate this walmart and try to avoid shopping there!
