Sam's Club Bakery

Poor customer service. I order a birthday cake for my sons 1st Birthday about 3weeks ahead of time . To only get a phone call at 7am in the morning of his birthday from a mean lady stating to me ,” Do you want a fresh cake are not “. Mind you it’s early and that wasn’t what I was trying to hear the day of his birthday. But I told her yes I would like a fresh cake that’s the reason I ordered ahead. Long story short I received the cake and was shocked on the appearance but I still took it. And she said , “what you don’t won’t it .” I just took it and once we bit into the cake it was horrible and steal.
