I don't think I have EVER left a bad review for a company, but I have been thoroughly disappointed with our experience here. There was a HUGE mix up the quartz countertops we ordered; originally the sales person acted like they were going to work with us to fix the issue, but that quickly changed. After arguing with the owner and the sales person several times, there was ZERO effort on their part to even attempt to resolve the problem. We actually paid for counters that we hated AND an installation that was never completed. We tried to reach out to them several times to resolve the issue, but had no luck. Would highly recommend you search elsewhere for your needs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We picked out a quartz that we liked and paid for it. When the installers arrived with the new countertops we were shocked to see that it was not what we decided on. I immediately stopped the install. We talked to the owners and now we are out 6k. I would not do business with them and advise everyone not too as well.

Only interested in whales. They did a big job ( 5 countertops) for me and did a fine job. As a returning customer with a smaller job, they refused to even offer a quote or return phone calls. They will only work with you if it is lucrative for them. Past relationships mean nothing, customer care is based on how much you are willing to spend. If you are looking for reliable value, then Global Stone is not for you.

Global stone has really impressed us with everything. The quality & options of products, to the speed & accuracy of all the jobs they have done for us, they are truly top notch. They were very quick to set install dates & have been way better than Nebraska furniture mart could ever be! The installation crews with both countertops & flooring were very detailed & did a great job! Super impressed. The design team was very personable & helped every step of the way. If you are on trying to pick the right company, look no further! Global stone takes the cake, if your looking to remodel or build your home!!!

We spent several months looking at options for countertops and found the most beautiful piece at Global Stone. After purchasing they came out, measured and then within just a few weeks we were getting installed. The crew that came was very professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up, we’re articulate and we are so happy with the final result. If you are looking for tile or countertops look no further, best selection and options around for such a big decision. We couldn’t be happier. Hats off to our installation crew, fine work Gents.
